New build help

Looking for help to choose components for my first build.
I have a budget of £1000 and I will be doing pretty much everything including heavy gaming. Silent build would be a plus but its not necessary, I also don't need to purchase windows as I already have a copy, no need for peripherals either,
Thanks for any help :)

  1. Custom parts list:

    http://pcpartpicker.com/p/mAE6

    Overview:

Really nice CPU and you can overclock it
Extremely effective CPU cooler that isn't very loud
    Good, stable motherboard
16GB of 1600mHz RAM, enough for gaming
    1TB Hard drive for games
128Gb SSD for super fast windows booting
    Nice video card
Really cool looking case that isn't loud
Fanless (no sound) Platinum (Best Efficiency) PSU
    Fast DVD burner

    Hope you enjoy it

(Sorry, but it costs a bit more)
  2. ^ Ignore that entirely, too much money has been put into the CPU, RAM, an underpowered yet overkill PSU and pointless water-cooler, to the detriment of what matters in the GPU.
Also missed the fact you are evidently from the UK.

Filling out this form will go a ways to us being able to help.

  3. Approximate Purchase Date: As soon as I'm confident in the parts, probably later this week

Budget Range: £1000, Could be slightly stretched (It's around $1600 I believe)

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming, Internet, Basic Programming (College), Watching Movies

Are you buying a monitor: Yes, But the price is not included in the budget

Parts to Upgrade: Everything, I already got a case I like however - NZXT Phantom

Do you need to buy OS: Yes

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: Don't mind at all

    Location: UK

    Parts Preferences: Intel CPU

    Overclocking: Yes in the future

SLI or Crossfire: Maybe if needed in the future, not now

    Your Monitor Resolution: 1920x1080

Additional Comments: I would like a quiet PC if possible

And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading: Had enough of using £400 Dell PC's to play games and receive 10FPS with the lowest settings HAHA!
