XFX HD 6850 vs Palit GTX 560

Does the manufacturer of the GPU really make a big difference? Because I can get the 6850 for £86 & The GTX 560 for £93 , So i'd rather go for the GTX560 since it's on par with the 6870 , But the design Palit have put into the GTX560....I don't know.... It looks cheap & Small..Whereas XFX have done a good job and actually made the 6850 look like a high-end GPU. Of course , It really isn't a big deal since it is only the design.. Which one do you guys think I should go for?

The 560 is in between the 6850 and 6870. Are there any other OEM's you can choose from?

I'm looking to keep the budget for my GPU under £100 So that I meet my overall £550 for my full rig in the future , So unfortunatly this OEM is the one I would have to go , as any others would go over £100
