The 560Ti is about $200, but the 7850 is the same price and is considerably faster. What will you do with this card?

I guess you missed some of the key parts of the OP's question, like the part where he's looking for an Nvidia card.

The best $200 Nvidia card at the moment is going to be the MSI GTX 560 Ti 448 Cores Power Edition/OC for $190 after rebate. In the chart below, due to it's factory overclock it is going to be at the level of the GTX 570, and right there with the GTX 660, considerably faster than a 7850 and compatible with your Quadro card. All the GTX 660's are $229.

Depends on whether the program is optimized for nvidia/CUDA, or is GPU agnostic. Not sure if the op's program can use CUDA, but if it does get the 560ti 448. If not, get the 7850.
