New gaming system ... Please have a look here

Hello guys ,

I am not gonna buy a whole new system , I have a 19 inch monitor that I am happy with (at least for now) , I have a good HDD 7200 RPM that's enough for me , and not gonna need OS ... I do alot of gaming and office work on my PC , I also work with many software (so it is an all rounder PC that I want) ... I will never overclock ...

Case : Corsair 400R (is 500R better ?)

PSU : Corsair AX750 (is HX750 same, better or not ?) I NEED it FULLY Modular , high quality internal and external , LONG cables and rock solid voltages , doesn't heat , should be 750Watt and gold certified ...

Motherboard : Gigabyte Sniper M3 (I would strongly like Gigabye , should have Realtek sound , and NOT VIA ethernet and preferably intel GbE or Atheros if nessesory ... will not use SLI and will not overclock ... anything other than Sniper you advice ?)

CPU : I7 3770 (the locked version , not gonna overclock and I need the hyperthreading)

RAM : 2*4 GB 1600 DDR3 Mushkin or Kingston or Patriot (I had wounderful experience with Kingston and Patriot especially ) ... What guys you advice ? will a RAM with 8-8-8-24 latency cause problems with like Sniper M3 board if plug and play ?

Video : Gigabyte 670 OC 2GB

DVD write : anything , I like Samsung or Asus

Your ideas are very welcomed ... Especially concerning the motherboard and memory ...
Thanks

More about gaming system here
  1. your 19 inch monitor is probably 1440 x 900 resolution

YOU DO NOT NEED A GTX 670
    for that resolution

even a Radeon 7850 is likely to be overkill

You do not need a 750 watt psu
    500 watts is more appropriate

The sniper m3 is a micro ATX board . This will work . It could also be fitted in a smaller case .

use an SSD as a boot drive

I know about my monitor , it's 1280*1024 , I am not gonna be burried with it when I die , I am planning to get a 27inch 1920*1080 in the near future , not sure when ..
    SSD is another future step
    Thanks
  3. I would recommend getting the SSD now, as moving your Windows installation becomes annoying.
