REPLACEMENT ADVICE PowerColor AX5750 1GBD5-HV2 Radeon HD 5750 1GB 128-bit GDDR5

I need to replace my current video card with a new one and need recommendations.

I would like to get something quality for price not go much above $100

Does not matter if ATI or NVIDIA whichever is less problems/more reliable.

Current Card:
PowerColor AX5750 1GBD5-HV2 Radeon HD 5750 1GB 128-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.1 x16 HDCP Ready Video Card. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814131372 that is in my system currently. It has died.

I need a card that will work with both Windows 7 and Windows XP as I currently have XP and I am going to upgrade to 7 but I need to backup my files first and cannot see anything with a dead video card currently in the system.

I the card to support DVI, VGA, and Display Port

I found these any thoughts does the stream processors make a difference ? I don't really want to go downward from 720 to 480 but there doesnt seem to be a lot of choices for a 720 stream processor
