i need advise for my cpu and graphics card wich is the best for the money my total cost is 850 with os

Why aim so low. Use slightly cheaper, but perfectly suitable motherboard, better sized, and much better quality PSU, and get a decent GPU. These are priced via partpicker, so whilst everything should be available on Amozon or Tiger, they might cost more, so left scope in budget.
