Upgrade Question

Current config:

CORSAIR|CMPSU-650TX 650W
MB GIGABYTE GA-EP45-UD3R P45 775
EVGA 896-P3-1255-AR GTX260 RT
INTEL|C2D E8400 3Ghz 775 45N
OCZ OCZ2RPR10664GK 8 Gigs total
Win 7 64 Bit Home Premium

My question is I am trying to determine if upgrading to the below card would be of benefit. My mb is PCIe 2.0 while the card is 3.0 so I would lose that benefit. Would the other components bottleneck the card?

I could upgrade the processor, but the fastest one for this MB costs 600 bucks. I could get a new MB and i7 for that much I think. Of course I would still have to buy a vid card and maybe memory.

3.0 and 2.0 don't really mean anything at this point in terms of graphics card power. It will come in handy later down the line. You should be fine with the E8400 and the 660Ti for now.
