I don't know about that reliability chart. The reason being is because a good percentage of failures can be because of end user handling. Don't you agree?

I just don't think it's going to be to accurate is all. Nothing against it at all, just wouldn't put all my faith in it. It was something nice to contribute to just to see the outcome though ...

I know it has it's negative sides, but it's something tangible to see. I'm sorry to say that I agree with you, because you can't really know how bad a person handles their hardware. :frown:
