i couldnt see usb port sign in my computer please help me thanks

Check the BIOS to see if the USB Controllers on the board have been set to enabled. Select Legacy USB support as enabled too.
Then make sure in the windows device manager that the USB Controller is showing and does not have any red crosses or yellow triangles or question marks on it.
Remember to have the USB controller drivers installed on the rig.
