Building a Computer, Need help picking Graphics Card

I am building a new computer and am not sure exactly what to get when it comes to video cards. I want a good one that will be able to run any game at it's highest settings with no problem. Suggestions would be great! :) 

Here are the other parts i have picked out (please tell me if you see anything non-compatible) :

That's not a gaming computer, that's a workstation.

You want to build on s1155, not s2011. It'll be A LOT cheaper and a lot faster for gaming.

What on Earth would you need a 1050w power supply for?? Even dual GTX680's only requires a 750w psu.

You haven't even told us how many monitors or what resolution.

Which is why you should fill out the new build form in the new build section of the forum.
