Yes. It will be fine. Just make sure you discharge static before you start building.

As long as its not carpet you should be fine. Just make sure you have some space.

yes it's ok, but floor typically has more dust than a table. Besides that there's nothing wrong with hardwood floor if you don't have a large enough table
