Hi, I have a 4 years old PC that I want to upgrade.

Here are the specs :
MOBO : ASUS A8N-E
CPU : AMD Athlon(tm) 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 3800+
RAM : 3Go DDR PC3200
VIDEO : nVidia GTX-560 (I keep it)
PSU : Corsair CX500 (I keep it)

But since I want to buy a Vortex4 SSD (wich is SATA III) I think I need to upgrade my Mobo, right???

My uses : Text editor/Web, light 3D games (Counter Strike), small video edit

So here's the setup I have in mind :

CPU
Intel Core i5 3450 Quad Core Processor LGA1155 3.1GHZ Ivy Bridge 6MB Retail

MoBo
Gigabyte B75M-D3H mATX LGA1155 B75 DDR3 2PCI-E16 2PCI HDMI CrossFireX SATA3 USB3.0 Motherboard
http://ncix.com/products/?sku=70273&promoid=1016

RAM
Corsair CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9B Vengeance Blue 8GB 2X4GB DDR3-1600 CL9-9-9-24 Dual Channel Memory Kit

What you think? Are those overkill for my needs? The thing is I would like to be able to keep this setup for another 4 to 5 years.

Thank you and have a nice day!
