I just purchased a new Nvidia 660ti and after installation of it, i seem to keep on getting this error. I'm getting it when sitting at desktop, playing games, and even just browsing the internet. This is getting extremely frustrating and i'm about to put my old GPU back into my computer if it doesn't resolve itself soon. I have tried uninstalling old drivers and reinstalling, and that doesn't seem to be helping either.

Well The 306.2 are beta drivers last time I looked (I have these istalled on a 670) Try going back to the WHQL Drivers. Also try reinstalling the drivers with a driver cleanup.

are you overclocking at all I got this error when overclocking at the high end.. That was when I knew I needed to stop LOL :p  Try using Precision X or MSI Afterburner to underclock and see if it is more stable.. Might just be a bad chip.
