Not sure if this is the appropriate forum. Runnng Ubuntu on a netbook through a USB ISO install. Looking to do the same for my ASUS K42. The machine does not explicity offer booting to USB. Just discovered that UEFI features exist on the machine but I am newly introduced to this. Hoping to connect with someone who has significant experience with all of the above so that I can consider a number of options to get Ubuntu to boot from a USB device.
