Hello,
I have a
AMD Phenom II X6 1055T
Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd. GA-870A-UD3
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 460 SE
977GB Western Digital WDC WD10EARS-00Z5B1 SATA
4GB of RAM

I know my Hard-drive is a bottleneck, I'm looking to replace it. But while I'm getting new parts I was wondering if there's anything else I should replace?
Thanks for the help.

You're hardrive won't be bottlenecking really.. I don't know how that could really do anything.

It's most likely your cpu and gpu. Gtx 460 is kinda old, and se version is definitely what you are not going to be trying to game with.

If I were you, I would over clock your cpu, and if you don't have a aftermarket heatsink, I suggest you get the CM Hyper 212. Either one.

And also, upgrade your gpu, to something better like a 7850 / 7870. If you can't afford those, get a 650 ti / 7770. I think there might be a 660 ti for only $95 though.
