Case Issues

I just need one question answering before i can order my Case and start my upgrade, I am currently running
ASUS M4N68T-M LE V2 Motherboard << Upgrading soon
XFX 650w Core edition PSU
8GB DDR3 Ram
XFX HD 6850 XXX edition
AMD phenom II X6
My Question is will i have any issues with these components in a Corsair 300r case apart from the front USB 3 ports will not work due to my Motherboard being a USB2 board
