Best Card for 1366x768 battlefield 3 ultra.

Hello

I have a 4850 1gb (XFX) at the moment . Have a Q6600 stock and corsair cx430 psu.

Battlefield 3 runs around 45fps at 1366x768 on average.

Do i need a new system or a new grafix card? and which one (cant get new psu , just bought this one recently.
