Have you tried thumping the computer harder. Just sometimes the megachips can get rattled loose from the memory board and require a good thump to get back in place.
If that doesnt fix it then I suspect a bad case of lice, you will want to shampoo the computers components with some anti-lice product, preferably non-toxic.
