hi,
i just finished rendering a 3 minute trailer using abobe premiere 6.0 , but it's around 500 megs, and i would like to broadcast this file over the internet, so what do you guys recommend? mpg?divx?mov? i don't really want to ruin the resolution and quality of sound( not a lot if possible)
and which program do you suggest?
thanks

I think it's using the MS variant or more acurate the original Mpg4. WMV or somthing like this.

Quality like in all compression depend on how much data rate you give it.
