I5-3470 + 7950 3GB VS i5-2500K + 7950 3GB

Which would be better for gaming? I have no idea how to overclock but if it's easy then i might give it a try, also, i cannot afford an aftermarket cooler at this moment of time so would i be able to overclock the cpu with its stock cooler?

you cant overclock with the stock cooler. and the i5 3570k is like ten bucks more then the 2500k so i would get that. and the cooler master hyper 212 plus or 212 evo are around 30 bucks, and you can overclock well with that
