Processor:Core 2 duo @2.2Ghz

I want to know which graphic card will be best for my HP a6340in,Under $60
P.s. anybody out there to help me?

What I think is that if i upgrade my psu to 500W,

xxstavrosxx,
are u sure that SAPPHIRE Radeon HD 6670 1GB 128-bit DDR3 PCI Express 2.1 x16 HDCP Ready Video Card (11192-22-20G) would perfectly run in my pc without any problems(without upgrading psu)?
Is there any convention that if i have ddr2 ram,so i can't run ddr3 gpus?
