Streaming from PC to TV for Hulu or Netflix

Hello,

Is it possible today to stream a streamed video (like Hulu Basic or Netflix) from your PC or tablet to your TV?

I know Apple TV and Roku do this, but they don't do Hulu Basic.

I just want to see if it's possible to do this without having to walk my laptop over to the TV and connect via wires every time.

For instance, is it possible to transmit what's on my laptop to my TV (like a PowerPoint presentation in a biz meeting from my PC to the projector) via WiFi?
