Unless you are into high-end phot/video editing, or 3D design, there is no advantage to i7 and 16GB of RAM. i5 and 8GB RAM is just as good for gaming, and general use.
The GTX680 gives very little benefit, over GTX670, to justify the extra cost, at 1080p. In fact, a good 670, like say MSI PE GTX670, has virtually the same performance as an EVGA GTX680. There may be more to be said for 2xGTX680 in SLi, for a 3 monitor set-up. For a single monitor, or perhaps even multi-monitor, the best way UP from GTX670 is probably HD7970.
If you want 200GB plus SSD, something like OCZ Vertex4, or Samsung 830 probably better than a Corsair.
