Video works on Guest, but dead on Admin. wtf?

Hello,

Got an old Win7 machine with one Admin user and one Guest user, onboard video.

It was working a week ago, but recently, when the Admin logs in, the screen goes black, aka no driver? or something...no signal. BUT when Guest logs in, it works. Any clue?
