Apu with graphics card

Hey i have the AMD a8 5500 APU. The integrated graphics isn't the best so i wanted to go out and pick up a radeon HD 7850 i know its not dual graphics compatible but i was wonder if there is a way to disable the on board graphics and just use the card instead? or is this not possible sorry i don't know to much about computers

if it's not compatible, it should just disable. The BIOS of the motherboard should provide a way as well to either disable onboard or tell it to your the PCI-express card first.

i'd suggest a 7770 instead. a 7850 will choke out that Llano.
