CM makes horrid PSUs; the 650W version of the GX was summarized by HardOCP as a "polished turd in a box;" both are made by the same company.
"Powerlogic 500W" sounds like a PSU-shaped object. I would not trust it for more than around 300W-325W, and that not cleanly.
Seasonic, however, does not know how to make a bad PSU. Anything made by Seasonic that is at least 500W would be good. Antec, FSP, and Enermax/LEPA are also quality brands.

I would look for a Coolermaster 212+ cooler since they cool very well for the price(but i do not see then on the site you listed).

Do not get me wrong the NH-D14 is just insane(huge/quiet), but on a budget the 212 will get you very good temps.

As for the power supply, the current specs would be needed. How many amps on the 12 volt rail. If you have more then one rail, look for a combined rating as adding rails does not work on all power supplies.

Your system should not to too power hungry a good 500 watt power supply is enough for it(I would guess your system draws about 250-350 full load. I leave some space for other hardware).

Maybe the VX 550 from Corsair? 492 watts @ 12 volts. ₱2,650.00 . Seems more balanced to me

EDIT

May even be enough left for a cpu cooler. almost anything is better then stock. Not a huge fan of the mounting system on these, but you can then closer to home.

Maybe this is you want it fairly quiet .

Or this for more cooling.

o.k. well i see nothing but garbage on that so i will list the ones that i found and that are trust worthy and reliable then pick which ever you want http://dynaquestpc.com/index.php/components-2/power-supplies/700-750-800-850watts/psu-silverstone-st85f-g-strider-gold-850w.html http://dynaquestpc.com/index.php/components-2/power-supplies/700-750-800-850watts/seasonic-660watts-x660-xseries-80plus-gold-modular-psu-power-supply.html http://dynaquestpc.com/index.php/components-2/power-supplies/700-750-800-850watts/corsair-tx850v2-80plus-bronze-psu-power-supply.html problem is you have so little options i am stuck picking you more than you need :(

Anything from Seasonic or Corsair will be good, but the new FSP Raider units are also good; the HardwareSecrets review included dissection, as well as load testing and waveform analysis. I prefer modular PSUs (I'm not great at cable management), otherwise I'd buy one.

I would like to point out that the current PSU has only 240 watts @ 12 volts, so it should be upgraded one way or another(If you want to add that card).

At least if this is it.

A quality 500+ watt(not powerlogic :) ) unit will handle the system with ease and even have some headroom as well.
