You are going to spend 254$ on the board and CPU, is there no Intel solution in that price range? I usually suggest Intel builds as they tend to be more consistent in games.

7770 would be better then the GTX650. And don't pay extra for the 2GBs of Vram if you can avoid it. Do you need the wireless adapter? This is a desktop after all.

I also wouldn't recommend that Thermaltake power supply. It should do the job though if you have no other option.

Since I'm sure many of us won't know the price of components where you live, could you tell us the prices of a few things?

Also,
what is your plan for this computer?
What games do you want to play?
What is your monitor's resolution?

radeon 7770
Sapphire Radeon HD 7770 1024MB DDR5 GHz Edition 152$
MSI Radeon HD 7770 1024MB DDR5 [OverVoltage GHz Edition] 154$
Asus Radeon HD 7770 1024MB DDR5 164$
Gigabyte Radeon HD 7770 1024MB DDR5 OC 153$
PowerColor Radeon HD 7770 1024MB DDR5 [V2 GHz Edition] 152$

these are the cheapest from 7770 with those manufacturers
also http://www.mediadot.ro is the site where i will order with lowest prices from online romanian orders
you see a price like 532.98 RON -> divide by 3.5 (currency) -> 152.28 $

i tend to play games my pc cant run on high or ultra settings like:
Starcraft2
WOW - latest patches/addons
LOL (this still runs ok on low)
also i had in mind finishing Assasins Creed as the story seems nice
and GTA4
(mostly i like good multiplayer games am a former war3/dota player)
I got quite tired of shooters as they seem to be all the same
except some nice multi CS

My monitor Samsung PX 2370 - 1920x 1080
Razer death adder / goliathus control mousepad
Logitech G15 keyb
Logitech z2300 speakers

I use an older Acer 5100 with some older ATI xpress 1300 i think
upgraded laptop to 4gig ram (played WOW Cataclysm,LOL on it also beta testerSC2)

i5 2500K - 274$
i5 3570K - 285$
fx 4300 - 162$
fx 6300 -175$
fx 8320 -221$
radeon 7850 Gigabyte Radeon HD 7850 1024MB GDDR5 [WINDFORCE 2X UD2 OC Edition] 227$

so you do recommend intel and radeon ???
i noticed every1 is saying intel is better than amd on forums i just wanted to stick with amd but i will change if it is really worth it
instead of thermaltake power supply .. corsair? or cooler master? sugestions ?
Corsair Gaming Series 500W - 88$
Corsair GS600 Bronze 600W -102$

Thank you all for your replies,i hope you will add more info !

also my father placed the router at appartment entrance so i would have to pull a 10meter cable trough the house that is why i would get that wireless adapter but speed would be better though trough cable also save ~30$... so i might just drive the wire nicely trough the hallway into my room
