i have a asus p8h67 mpro motherboard with a i7 26k 3.40 GHz processor and 8GB of ram
i also have a geforce gt 240 1gb ddr3 graphics card
with 64 bit win7 os

what setting can used or change in the BIOS or anyway in the computer to increases the performance

dont overclock using stock heatsink as increasing your processor's speed requires more voltage and that raises your cpu's temps
