Please can you help me?

I Need a graphics Card that Must be able to do HDMI and VGA Outputs Simultaneously.

My situation is this...
I need to use 2 monitors with different graphics drawn on each monitor.
I have 1 monitor with an VGA port and the other with an HTMI port.
I need 1920 x 1080 res on both monitors, I'm not fussy whether it can do
a lower or higher res just the 1920 x 1080.
It Must be able to display separate graphics on each monitor
(NOT a copy or zoomed copy of the other monitor or 1 image stretched over the 2 monitors).
I don't need 3D graphics and I don't play games.
I do some video editing, but most of the time I write Sound-To-Light programs which use
a lot of memory and CPU.
So I would like the card to pack a bit of a punch, and to have about 1GB or more of on board ram,
as I'm assuming this will help with the performance.

My Set up...

HP Compaq CQ5115UK, Quad
4GB Ram,
Power unit 300w
Acer X233H Monitor
Panasonic Viera TX-L42E5B 42" LED Tv.
The 42" Screen lets you use 1 of its HDMI inputs for PC, with a res of 1920 x 1080 instead
of a lower res from its PC in (SVGA).
The Acer monitors res is also 1920 x 1080.

Thanks
