Questions about the saphire HD 7870 (non OC version)

Is there a particular reason why its so cheap? Its only 255 dollars Australian while the 7850 (OC version) is sold for just 15 dollars less. I am so close to pulling the trigger on this bad boy but can't work out why its cheaper than all other versions even powercolour's one.

Beacuse of it's fans, they do the job nicely but not as quite as Asus Direct CU

I have Sapphire 7870 GHz Edition and is worth it, also the 7850 OC it only has 5% OC and you will need more than that to match 7870 stock
