Additional Comments: I want this build to run all games including the most graphic intensive, demanding, future and largest map smoothly on ultra, extreme, ultimate, insane, infinite max settings with maxed AA, AF, Physx, Cuda, DirectX, Tessellation, Nvidia Manage 3D, everything, etc except Vsync. (BF3, All Crysis including 3 with DX11 ultra upgrade and High Res Textures, Metro 2033 & The Last Light, The Witcher 2, GTA 4, eflc & 5, Skyrim, WOW: Mist Of Pandaria, GW2 etc)

No budget and you're buying a piece of crap Raidmax case? Absolutely not. I cannot emphasize enough how much Raidmax sucks. Avoid them like the plague. You definitely need a bigger tower if you want a 690 - most mid towers won't be able to handle the length. On a gaming rig X79 is complete overkill and you'd be wise to avoid EVGA motherboards - there's better ones you can get on the market. They make fine GPUs but their motherboards are shall we say sub par.
