WEI for desktop performance for windows is 1.0?

I just finished building my PC and in WEI this is what it currently is at.

Processor - 7.2
RAM - 7.5
Graphics Desktop performance for Windows - 1.0
Gaming Graphics - 6.6
Primary hard Disk - 5.9

How is my gaming graphics at a 6.6 but Graphics desktop at 1.0 I don't get it? My GPU is a Radeon HD 6570 btw.

did u properly connect the monitor to the 6570 ? try to do reassessment of WEI

Yes I have the HDMI cable attached and everything works, screen comes on everything

Do you have the most recent AMD graphics driver for your Radeon 6570? Also, do you have hardware acceleration for the Windows desktop enabled?
