Quick Tip for ~800$ gaming pc lots details written

i own Samsung PX2370 1920-1080

PC used for lol, dota, wow, sc2 maybe some nice sp games with good story line(ass creed,gta4)
would like to run ultra or very high at least (maybe try some new NFS as well)

quite settled with:

a nice thermaltake case + 4 extra coolers (total 5 front rear 2xtop 1btm) (cheap and good)
Corsair DDR3 8192MB (2 x 4096MB) 1600MHz CL9 Blue Vengeance (i understood faster isnt worth it)
Asus DVD-RW DRW-24B5ST SATA Black Bulk
HDD Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB SATA3 64MB (as black would be 30$ more expensive)

questions:

OCZ ZS 550W -> opinion? good price compared to others in my country (if this runs this sistem it is great)

Gigabyte Radeon HD 7770 1024MB DDR5 OC -152$ or
Gigabyte Radeon HD 7850 1024MB GDDR5 [WINDFORCE 2X UD2 OC Edition] -225$
(is gigabyte ok for these? looks good and is cheapest)

AMD Fusion FX-4300, 4 cores, 3800 MHz, Turbo 4000 MHz, Cache L3 4MB, TDP 95W (BOX) [Vishera] -161$
Asus M5A97 R2.0 -108$

i do not think i afford i5 2500K or i5 3570K as it is priced around 280$+ i would need strong motherboard for oc + extra proc cooler for overclocking -> all for around 450$ instead of 270$ AMD(with stock cooler)

i might get later an SSD and maybe a cpu cooler, i need the pc, tired of asus 5100 notebook
i intend to use only 1 vid card
