Is this PS enough?

Looking to build a mini-ITX setup based around

ASUS P8Z77-I Deluxe

Intel Core i5-3570K (hopefully overclocked a bit on water)

Corsair Vengeance 8gb RAM

SSD / HDD combination

Gigabyte AMD Radeon HD 7950

I'm bouncing around between two cases, specifically the SST-SG08B and the SG06BB-450. I prefer the SG06BB-450 more, but it only has a 450W PS. I'm just wondering if that will be enough to accommodate this hardware? Here's the Case, for reference:

More about enough
  1. If you are asking for PSU wattage calculation:

    Note:
Better buy something with more power capacity than sorry just do not go to much (only problem from price side if you buy bigger PSUs)
  2. 450W is enough to run the hardware, but I would prefer 550W at least on this kind of build.
Also while Silverstone are a fairly good PSU manufacturer, wouldn't use their lower end units (especially those that come bundled with a case).
  3. OP, it's usually better to get a case and PSU separately. Most PSUs that are sold with cases as a single product are not good PSUs.
