Is this PS enough?

Looking to build a mini-ITX setup based around

ASUS P8Z77-I Deluxe

Intel Core i5-3570K (hopefully overclocked a bit on water)

Corsair Vengeance 8gb RAM

SSD / HDD combination

Gigabyte AMD Radeon HD 7950

I'm bouncing around between two cases, specifically the SST-SG08B and the SG06BB-450. I prefer the SG06BB-450 more, but it only has a 450W PS. I'm just wondering if that will be enough to accommodate this hardware? Here's the Case, for reference:

Thanks all

450W is enough to run the hardware, but I would prefer 550W at least on this kind of build.
Also while Silverstone are a fairly good PSU manufacturer, wouldn't use their lower end units (especially those that come bundled with a case).

OP, it's usually better to get a case and PSU separately. Most PSUs that are sold with cases as a single product are not good PSUs.
