Low Fps First pc build

Hello, Recently built my first pc (very new to this) works well on most games but when running counter strike g.o i'm getting quite low fps around 40. Wondering if this is down to my graphics card or could be something else ? as this is the newest game I run, if so can anyone suggest a reasonable price gfx card about 100-150 that will perform better.
PC Spec
AMD Bulldozer FX-8120 Black Edition 3.10GHz Eight Core Processor
2x Mushkin Enhanced Essentials 4GB DDR3 1333MHZ Memory Module
Gigabyte GA-M68MT-S2 Motherboard
Asus AMD Radeon HD 6570 1GB Graphics Card
650W Powercool

Would appreciate any suggestions at all to how i may improve this,

The graphics card is really low end, especially in comparison to your CPU.
