I am interested in purchasing a 19" TFT for home use. I am a graphic designer so the colour etc. needs to be good. I have read all I can and search all supplers, and now my head hurts. Can anyone advise on what they feel is the best, however cost must be taken into account, I'm not rich you know.

Dear THG editor: Please research playing games on these 19" and larger LCD monitors and talk in-depth about response rates and why they're slower on larger panels. If you dig up any news on when to expect faster models you should really tell us that as well.

Right now, the best technology is in 17" monitors. It creeps into the 17"+ after a year or so. You should consider sticking with a CRT for graphic design unless this computer is strictly for home use.
