CPU fan error

Hello, I recently put together a computer. The fan was working fine for a couple days but last night it gave me that error. I looked inside an the fan seems to barely spin then stops, then barely spins again and stops. That's all it does. I have the asus sabertooth z22 and i7-3770k with the stock fan.

Make sure there is nothing blocking the fan and it is in the correct fan socket.

Sadly everything is in there right, I have it in the right fan socket
