Mouse not working properly? Or GFX?

Hello everyone. I am a bf3 player and today when I went to play it was very choppy when I moved my mouse slowly.
To help explain myself and you guys understand, I made a short video

If you can please take a look and tell me what the problem is.
Is my GFX Card not working properly? Or is it my Mouse dying out?

I'm assuming its an optical mouse. Check the settings. (control panel , mouse, pointer options, pointer speed). Is it just during the game this happens?

Could you list your full system specifications?

I only realize it in game. Should I put the speed setting higher or lower?
And here are my specs:

AMD A8-3850 2.9GHz
1TB Barracuda HDD
8GB RAM DDR3
GTX 560 TI Twin Frozr ii
Corsair 600w PSU
Samsung 21.5" Screen

Its probably just your mouse. What mouse are you using?

Some crappy hp mouse, but when I try other ones its the same thing. Maybe I'm the only one who notices it?

Well, my HP mouse works just fine. Its actually what I use for gaming. I have a Razer Deathadder, but its a bit too glowy for me.

I just increased my mouse sensitivity in game. This made it worse. Must be a bf3 issue then.
