hey guys when i'm gonna put the hdd+ssd does it matter where i put them???i want the OS to be on the ssd...so do i have to do anything special so i can install the OS on the ssd??

make sure that the hdd is not connected when installing windows. If it is, it will put some files on both.

so basically i'm gonna put first the ssd install windows and then i'm gonna install hdd......is this right??

Before you install windows on the SSD go into BIOS and make sure SATA Controller is set to AHCI mode.

Make sure you use AHCI mode to get the most out of your SSD.
