I can't play any gamess on my PC

it's been 2 weeks now after this problems happened, so i can't play anygames but i can run the patch very well and my internett is working very well ,Example i run s4 leage games i run the game and HGW game watcher but something came up like '' Failed to connect server w 2003 l 0, And someone told me 2 closet all antivirus programm i did but it didn't work or fix my firewall it didn't work either dont know what to do anymore can someone pls help me ? PS. SORRY FOR MY BAD ENGLISH HOPE YOU GUYS UNDERSTAND D:

Games will tell you "No compatible video card found / no renderer found / hardware not meeting requirements", which means you need to cleanup the video drivers, re-install video drivers and re-install directx.
Microsoft Essentials, AVG and Avira free anti-virus will not interfere with running games. I would run a full anti-virus check though and anti-malware. Game files can go corrupt too if you defrag often, re-install game.
