More about want asap make good build
  1. Yes to all, its a good gaming system with room to upgrade that will Photoshop quite adequately.
  2. Looks very good.

I would be tempted to buy the Samsung 840 pro 256gb ssd for $270.
It is about the fastest ssd currently sold.
The deal is that you get Asassins creed III free with it.

Ram is cheap, and photoshop loves lots of ram.
    Consider a 16gb kit of 2 x 8gb.
  3. I agree with the 16GB RAM. My personal changes would be up that PSU to a HX650. Even if you wanted to crossfire you don't need an extra 300W. That HX650 is also modular with a 80+ Gold rating :D It goes for ~$120.

+1 to that GPU, though go GHz edition if you can spare a few bucks. Make sure those Ripjaws can fit under that 212. They have high heat spreaders which can cause conflict. Otherwise everything else is good :)
