I converted a cat5 to vga and want sure if I could broad cast that signal wirelessly?

I don't think you did what you say you did. CAT5 is a network standard, VGA is a video cable standard and although you can have wireless networking and wireless video broadcast what you wrote does nothing to help to figure out what you want to do. What you wrote is like saying "I converted by waffle maker to a dog how do I make pie now?" None of the three is really related without a bit of details.

What are you trying to broadcast to what, using what methods? Need some details about the setup.
