already have phenom2 x6 1090t on my old am2+ mobo set.planning on upgrade to crosshair 5 formula z.what memory should i run on these setup for the best result and for future update it 2133mhz speed or just down speed to standard 1600mhz or just buy a 1600mhz please?

Why get such an expensive motherboard when much cheaper boards would do the job almost exactly as well?

Unless you are doing some serious compression/decompression, rendering, or otherwise memory-intensive work, I'd just recommend some DDR3-1600 memory.
