I'd sell that 560 Ti and buy a 7850 with the money you get from it. If you want to put more money into this system, you could get a 7950 instead of a 7850 and/or keep the 560 Ti as a second card for running PhysX calculation for a 7870 or 7950 so long as the PSU and case can handle two such cards.

I'd also recommend an upgrade to 8GB of RAM. It's best to not mix kits, so if you can't get two more of the same modules, it'd be better to just sell the current modules and replace them with a new 4x2GB memory kit (GB total).

Double the RAM to 8GB and a better graphics card (at least a 7870 for the upgrade to be worth it)
Maybe an SSD as well to install Windows too.
Might want to upgrade the PSU if it needs it as well, as I suspect it will be a low quality 450W or something pathetic like that.

My advice would be not to buy a Alienware in the first place, but upgrading the RAM would be the first stop.
