Youtube have full screen but no large screen option on Internet Exploror why

Youtube used to display on small screen, large screen or full screen. Now all of a sudden there is no large screen display. It's either small screem or full screen. I wonder what caused this loss. Would appreciate if someone can tell me how to correct this.

Stop using Internet Explorer its garbage, switch to Firefox if you want use full addons or Google chrome for simplicity and speed.

Btw I don't think this belongs in Graphics cards. oh well lol
