Hello,
I have a laptop that was bought for me 2 yrs ago and I placed a password in order to access my computer. I have totally forgotten the password. I was ill in the hospital for a month and never used it and now it has gone right out of my head, I am at a loss of what to do? Any help would be appreciated. I do not have a model number as my husband took it to work to see if anyone can help him

we have no way of knowing you own it

so as electrontau said contact toshiba support with proof of ownership.they will help--though it may cost you

next time use the password hint option or make the password reset disc from control panel-- User Accounts
