$800 PC Build

Had a old thread but can't seem to find it.

Approximate Purchase Date: Early December

Budget Range: $800 Before Rebates, After Shipping

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming (Team Fortress 2, Counter Strike GO, Minecraft)

Are you buying a monitor: No

Parts to Upgrade: N/A

Do you need to buy OS: Yes

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: I would like to buy everything from one place, but not Newegg. I live in Tennessee and Newegg charges me ridiculous amounts of tax, while websites like Amazon don't.

Location: Tennessee

Parts Preferences: N/A

Overclocking: Maybe, probably not.

SLI or Crossfire: Maybe

Your Monitor Resolution: 1920 x 1080

Additional Comments: Not too picky, but I would like the case to look somewhat nice.

And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading: Not enough frames.

More about build
  1. all you need is a 600 dollar pc. games you are playing are not demanding at all

    actually 500
  2. sorry its not from amazon, but amazon costs more so yeah

oh and please overclock the intergrated GPU on the CPU. more performance. i didnt include a GPU as the onboard is pretty fast and ample for your games
  3. I'm trying to build a future proof PC, not a budget PC.
  4. bump
  5. im telling you. if you dont play games that are demanding, higher end hardware is meaningless. with a APU with some overclocking done, you can easily get 120fps on CS games. literally no point
  6. I want to open the doors to be able to play games like Battlefield 3 and other similar games.

if you are opening your doors to bf3, welcome.

of course i can give you a 800 dollar build. just that i usually only build to what the OP states for its usages and the games they play.
