i am selling both my pc 100 64 mb sdram and getting a piece of 256 MB SDRAM PC 133 CL2.
i checked my BIOS and the settings are for CL3. is it better for me to change to make full use of the memory or it will automatically set it to 2?

Depends on the mobo capabilities, it could “read” your RAM and change to CAS 2. I think would be better if you change manually the settings to CAS 2

Overclocking? You're PCI and AGP cards won't handle it unless you have a KT133A or something.
