First build assistance

hello, in the past few weeks i have been working on my first pc build and with the help of google, the community, and a couple close friends i'm at a near stand point for my pc,what im trying to say is im hoping for some help in making final decsions for my build because i'll be broke by the time i pay for it all.my budget for this build would preferrably be $800 - $750 but as of right now i've gone over that.Eveything i've got is based off of newegg.ca because im in canada and i want to get it all at once.the reason why i want to build this pc is for gaming (battlefield,assassin's creed,minecraft,and anything else for the future), commentating(fraps + audacity),and video editing (mainly to make a buck and for self education). now i understand my budget isn't the greatest but this is my first build and i don't have anything worth selling at the moment.i may need an os but i don't have a monitor as of now(my sony 32" hdtv doesn't quit feel comfortable).

If you don't plan on overclocking then go for H77 or Z75 motherboard and Cpu without 'k' in name, like i5-3470 is best substitute for your current choice. Here, that might save you some amount of $.
