I'm looking to buy an AMD 7870 graphics card and read that if your GPU is faster than your monitor you will notice screen tearing. My monitor is a Samsung Syncmaster T190 with resolution 1280x768. Will I have tearing problems and can Virtu MVP fix tearing?
